Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your BOOMBA products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original BOOMBA box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all adhesive liners are still intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
